I love doing, sharing and experiencing yoga! I am from Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. I have raised 3 amazing kids who are now growing wings of their own. My husband and I are empty nesters and have the freedom to go and do the things we enjoy. Yoga is a way of life for me. I have been doing yoga for the past 17 years and teaching for the last 10. I may not be the most flexible yogi out there but I am flexible in my learning and growing. I enjoy hiking, biking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, enjoying my family and traveling.
