Krista came to yoga through the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa in 2002: a flow-based style popularized by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
She qualified as a teacher with a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in 2007 and earned a British Wheel of Yoga diploma in 2008. She trained in Thai Yoga Massage with Kira Balaskas, qualifying as an Advanced Practitioner (2015) and a Thai Foot Massage Practitioner (2010).
Krista has taught yoga since 2008 across London, New York, and Canada, leading group classes, private sessions, and retreats in studios and wellness spaces, including volunteer work.
Her classes include vinyasa-flow yoga rooted in the Ashtanga system, as well as Yin Yoga: a slow, meditative practice focused on stillness and deep tissue release.
