I have been an educator for over 16 years in both private and public schools and have now started teaching yoga and piano lessons. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and wanted to share the balance and healing I have found through my practice, which led me to earn my 200-hour yoga and Ayurvedic nutrition certifications. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, sewing, gardening, cooking, baking, traveling, and sports, as well as learning new skills and discovering new experiences. As a result, I have been practicing jiu jitsu for over a year and opening my own business to teach yoga to others. I am also embarking on a new journey to earn my 300-hour yoga certification so that I can become a 500-hour yoga teacher.
