My name is Gabrielle Manders and fitness has been apart of my life since I was little beginning with taking my (now deceased )mothers yoga classes at a young age of 8 . Fast forward, After having my 3rd son and 3rd c-section with 9 hernias I knew I could not be high impact With fitness.
Insert Barre, I stumbled across this magical blend of fitness that has transformed my core and small muscle groups. When I saw my results I knew I was called to teach Barre Above. I’m now a certified fitness instructor in Barre Above.
