 My name is Noémie Plante, I'm a 34 years old comprehensively trained and newly master Instructor for Peak Pilates. I'm a movement enthusiast with a little background in circus. I've been teaching Pilates in a studio for a decade now. I'm also certified in TRX and Aerial Yogalates. I am fluent in French and English and I have a good spanish Level.
