Kennedy Boyd – Yoga Instructor
Originally from Michigan, Kennedy Boyd has always found strength and clarity through movement and time spent outdoors. As a long-distance runner with a passion for holistic wellness, she deepened her personal practice by earning her yoga teacher certification in August 2024. Kennedy now teaches both dynamic vinyasa power flows and grounding yin yoga classes every Tuesday and Thursday while completing her MBA. Her teaching blends strength, stillness, and breath, aiming to create space for balance on and off the mat. She has also hosted mini retreats and led mindfulness and meditation workshops for her classmates, fostering connection and intentional living through yoga.
