I am a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor with specialized training focused on breathwork and energy healing. I have over two years of teaching experience in diverse settings including community gyms, senior centers, parks, neighborhoods, and corporate wellness programs.
I also work full-time as a certified mental health therapist at an elementary school and integrate a mindfulness-based approach into my clinical practice. My dual experience in mental wellness and holistic movement allows me to create inclusive, grounding, trauma informed, and transformative yoga experiences that support both physical and emotional well-being.
