Veronica Bell

Veronica is a Yoga instructor specializing in teaching Deep Stretch (Science of Stretching and Yin Yoga), Hatha Yoga, the Roll Model Method, Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Yoga with Pilates.  Veronica also teaches Mat Pilates and enjoys incorporating Pilates with Yoga.  Veronica has an interest in the anatomy, stretching, conditioning and breathing techniques.
