Whether you're new to yoga or fitness, or an experienced practitioner, MJ offers modifications and options to make classes accessible while also providing opportunities for growth and challenge. MJ’s classes are built around intelligent planning, featuring fun and evolving sequences that change each class. She designs these sequences to be balanced, engaging, and purposeful, focusing on alignment, injury prevention, and body awareness. Her goal is to guide students toward a strong, confident, and sustainable practice. She truly values connection, respect, a regulated nervous system, and a good belly laugh.
