Hi, I’m Kelly Johnson, and I help women build better bodies by getting to the root of chronic pain: fascia. I’m a fascia and mobility expert, certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and wellness coach. But before I had any of those titles, I was a teenager diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. Medication helped, but I didn’t want to depend on it forever.

Even after going into remission, I had years of recurring joint pain and back injuries that stole time, joy, and freedom from my life. Then, in 2023, I discovered fascia rolling. It changed everything. My back pain eased, my recovery improved, and I finally felt like myself again.

Today, I teach others how to get their lives back using the same tools and techniques that helped me. Through fascia rolling, dynamic mobility movements, personalized coaching, and a focus on whole-body wellness, I help women move pain-free and feel strong, confident, and in control again.
