I am a passionate yoga teacher who blends movement, mindfulness, and breath to help students feel more grounded, joyful, and embodied—whether they’re new to yoga or seasoned practitioners. With a background in teaching diverse styles including vinyasa, restorative, and themed flows, Erica creates inclusive classes that are both accessible and deeply intentional.

When not teaching, I love exploring the outdoors, traveling to new places, and immersing myself in wellness experiences. I also enjoy hiking, reading, and connecting with local cultures wherever I go. I am to brings a warm, encouraging energy to every class and am committed to helping guests feel at home in their bodies—no matter where in the world they are.
