Coach Rachel’s Biography
Rachel is a certified B.C Recreation and Parks Association personal trainer who specializes in weight training and fitness theory. She is passionate about education and coaching people on how to improve their overall physique for good health and longevity. In the past 10 years, Rachel has been coaching a wide array of people from age 5-75, instilling a love of learning in different areas.
Titleist Performance Institute is a research and development organization that focuses on the study of the human body and its movement patterns in relation to the golf swing. Rachel has obtained the highest level of certification through TPI, specializing in Junior Training, Golf Fitness and Golf Power, with a minor in Golf and Medical. Rachel’s approach is based on the belief that a better understanding of the human body’s strengths and limitations can help golfers of all skill levels and ages achieve their maximum potential.
One of Rachel’s favourite quote “if one dares to teach, one must never cease to learn”. It is her mission to continuously acquire new and updated knowledge to service her students and clients to the next level. Throughout the years, Rachel has obtained certifications in different fields. With her diverse skillset and experience in multiple fields, she is uniquely positioned to help clients achieve a holistic approach to their personal and professional growth.
