As the founder of EVOLK, a lifestyle and performance brand rooted in balance, discipline and self-mastery, I've led programs across New York City and now bring that same energy to destination settings. My signature class, EVOLK Recover, is a full-body reset experience that combines mobility, breath and dynamic functional movement- designed to leave guests feeling recharged, aligned and empowered.
