My love for yoga and meditation began nearly 30 years ago.
The gentle practice of movement combined with simple breathing techniques has helped me heal chronic pain, increase balance, strength, and flexibility, and alleviate stress and anxiety.
It has literally transformed my life… mind, body & soul.
