My name is Sara Rodgers. I am from North Carolina and currently work in Client Success remotely for Personify Health. I am also a dog mom, runner and fitness enthusiast. 

I am a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach. I own my own personal training business, Fitdog Endurance, where my focus is on injury prevention, proper technique, building strength, endurance and confidence.
