I’ve always been deeply passionate about fitness and sports. From the age of 4 to 19, I was a semi-competitive gymnast, and during high school, I also played volleyball and basketball while earning numerous medals in local and regional athletics competitions.

Even after beginning my career in commercial real estate finance in my twenties, I remained committed to sports and physical activity. About 10 years ago, I started practicing Iyengar Yoga and Pilates, eventually becoming certified to teach Pilates across all systems at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Around the same time, I launched my own business, which gave me the flexibility to maintain my active lifestyle.

Four years ago, I joined a women’s volleyball league and have served as a player, captain, and coach for the past three years. Eighteen months ago, I discovered pickleball (at Club Med!) and quickly became hooked. I’ve been playing regularly—4 to 6 times a week—for over a year, rapidly progressing through the ranks at both of my local clubs. I’m now playing at the highest level in both.

I’ve always been a fast learner and a highly observant athlete, which allows me to continuously refine my technique and apply strategy to my game. Recently, some of my beginner-level peers began asking me for lessons, which led me to pursue a pickleball coaching certification.

My interest in health and wellness extends beyond athletics. For the past decade, I’ve been actively educating myself on health and nutrition, which inspired me, among other things, to complete a health coach certification in 2016.
