Kim Heinz:
Fitness has been a cornerstone of my life from an early age. I grew up in Montana, where I rode horses competitively and participated in multiple sports throughout high school. My dedication and passion for athletics earned me a full Track and Field scholarship to a university in California, where I became an All-American javelin thrower.
Following my collegiate athletic career, I discovered yoga as a powerful way to heal and restore both body and mind. This practice sparked a lifelong journey into movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellness.
Today, I teach at Life Time Fitness, offering a variety of classes including yoga, mat Pilates, and barre. I also specialize in Yoga Nidra (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) and sound healing, using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments to guide students into deep states of relaxation and inner awareness.
My goal is to help others connect more deeply with themselves—physically, mentally, and energetically—through movement, breath, and sound.
