Abigail byrne

Hello! My name is Abby Byrne and I am an18-year-old yoga teacher and future biomedical engineering student at the University of Miami in Florida. I’m originally from Ohio and have a deep passion for movement, wellness, and science. I teach dynamic power yoga and aim to bring grounded, intentional energy into every class I lead.

Outside of yoga, I love strength training, reading, and playing piano. Whether I’m working toward personal goals or supporting others in theirs, I care deeply about growth, self-discipline, and creating a balanced, meaningful life.
