Tracy has been guiding students on their yoga journey since 2011, when she earned her certification under Marianne Wells in Costa Rica. Deeply influenced by her teacher’s wisdom to “talk your students into a posture, not just show them,” Tracy brings a thoughtful, intentional approach to every class. She places a strong emphasis on safety, alignment, and accessibility, ensuring that students—especially beginners—feel supported and empowered as they explore new movements and sensations.
Known for her calming presence and intuitive teaching style, Tracy’s favorite class to lead is candlelight restorative yoga, where she creates a serene space for deep relaxation and healing. She also finds great joy in guiding students through classes that challenge the body while releasing tension—leaving them feeling both accomplished and renewed.
