Hi, I’m Wendy, and I love teaching yoga. Yoga connects us to our bodies, souls, and the world around us.
I started teaching yoga 12 years ago, eager to share its transformative power with others. I was a runner, aerobics instructor, mom of six, hiker, biker, skier, and more, until I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and my activities were limited. Yoga changed my life, calming my mind, strengthening my body, and deepening my connection to myself.
I’ve dedicated my life to studying and practicing yoga, and I’m passionate about sharing its transformative power. I have over 1,000 hours of training, certifications in various yoga styles, mindfulness, breathe work, and a yoga alliance certified 200-hour yoga teacher training program. I’m always seeking opportunities to continue my education and growth as a teacher.
