Teaching yoga since early 2000's.  200 hr YRT.  formerly have taught gymnastics, tumbling, high and low impact cardio aerobics, muscle training.  Currently teach 3-4 yoga classes a week, incorporating additional disciplines:  Yoga Tai Chi, Yoga with weights, Cardio Yoga, Yoga & Pilates, Active Aging Yoga, Yin Yoga, Core Flow, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Anusara.  I have filled in for Yoga Nidra but am not formally trained.    

Being older but fit, I appeal to a wide range of clients.  Younger clients are interested in how to age well, middle age clients are my peers and want to improve their fitness, and older clients appreciate a slower but muscular approach to maintain their balance, strength and flexibility.  

I use yoga as my recovery workout; I am an avid trail runner, hiker, biker and skier living in the mountains above Salt Lake City.  I travel for adventure biking events, mud runs, trail races.  I would love to spend more time adventure traveling with the focus still on fitness, meditation and connection with new people and places.
