Lisa Clemente

I am happily married with two children and one very cute dog named Winnie.  We are an active family that loves to travel, watch our beloved Steelers, and we value a healthy lifestyle. 

I went to my first yoga class 15 years ago while rehabbing my runner's knee and I fell in love!  It quickly became a dream of mine to become certified and share my love of this ancient practice with others.  Now I teach vinyasa yoga and chair yoga classes to a wonderful local community.
