I am a 30-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, who has led from the front in terms of health and fitness. I am highly motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goals. I twice served as a Drill Instructor, so I know how to motivate people and bring out the best in them. I do my best to create a fun and inclusive atmosphere for everyone that takes my class. Leading energizing, fun, safe, and educational classes. Educating participants concerning safe exercise techniques and proper form. While I believe in positive reinforcement, it does not stop me from challenging you to achieve your goals.
