My name is Kelcey and I’ve been in fitness for most of my life starting at a young age I was a swimmer and started teaching swim lessons as a teenager. After college I started working at a yoga studio where I completed my teacher assistant training and my 200 hours serving yoga teacher training. I taught and assisted hundreds of classes during my time there and learned a deep understanding of breath work and mind body connection.
once coronavirus hit, the studio closed down permanently and I lost everything in a day. There was a silver lining to it all and that’s because I needed up finding Pilates as a result of loosing my yoga community. Finding Pilates has been life changing in the best way possible. I thought yoga was the end all be all, what I’ve discovered is my passion for Pilates far exceeds the love I have for yoga. I teach Pilates full time for the past 3 years, I teach many different modalities of Pilates, I also teach TRX classes and Pilates barre fusion classes and center and balance class that is a restorative Pilates class. I teach between 25 to 30 classes a week and I have about 10 clients that take private lessons from me each week.
