Lauren Jeffcoat

I’m Lauren Jeffcoat, a passionate wellness entrepreneur, movement specialist, and the owner of The Soulfish Center, a holistic wellness studio in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. With over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I specialize in creating empowering, feel-good classes that blend strength, mindfulness, and functional movement.

My certifications include Pilates Reformer, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and Sound Healing, as well as advanced training in holistic wellness modalities like frequency therapy, PEMF, and bioenergetics. Whether leading a high-energy sculpt session or a calming restorative yoga class, my mission is to help people reconnect with their bodies, reset their nervous systems, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.

My teaching style is approachable, fun, and supportive—I love offering modifications and progressions so that every person feels successful, whether it’s their first class or their hundredth. My signature classes often incorporate playful creativity, soulful music, and elements of breathwork, meditation, or energy balancing.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me on the water, exploring nature, or dreaming up new ways to help people live healthier, more vibrant lives.
