Mindy Speer

Mindy is a 200 hour RYT originally from St. Joseph MO. She currently lives and teachers regularly in the Kansas City MO area. After a life changing yoga retreat in Tulum Mexico with Megan’s Yoga Tribe in 2024, she decided to pursue yoga teacher training that fall. She has a passion for helping others find peace on the mat that transcends into daily life. She also uses sound bowls and essential oils to add to her classes.
