Jane began her pilates journey after a traumatic knee injury. She was looking for a low impact excercise form that would allow her to keep her knee safe as it healed while also getting in a full body workout. She continued doing pilates while she gradually incorporated other forms of excercise into her routine. After a couple of years of self practice, she took interst in teaching and got certified with the BCRPA to instruct Mat Pilates classes. She continued her education with STOTT Pilates and plans on taking more courses and workshops offered by the program. Jane is very enthusiastic about passing her knowledge onto others and helping them achieve their fitness and recovery goals.
