I’m a psychologist with a background in neurobehavioral science and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology at FC Barcelona. Over the past few years, I’ve worked in high-performance environments, including leading the volunteer program at the Formula 1 Mexican Grand Prix. These experiences have deepened my understanding of stress, emotional regulation, and the importance of mental well-being.
My passion lies in guiding people toward greater self-awareness and balance through mindfulness and meditation. I’ve designed and led workshops focused on mental health, stress management, and emotional resilience—combining scientific foundations with simple, practical tools for everyday life.
With experience in customer service and team leadership, I bring strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to hold safe, grounded spaces for others. I’ve worked with individuals and groups in both corporate and community settings, always with the intention of making mindfulness accessible and transformative.
