While living in Napa Valley, she owned a boutique fitness studio offering unique fitness classes and personal training, delivered with an attention to detail and a high-touch approach. She loves having a toolbox full of fun fitness formats, science-backed approaches to fitness and a desire to truly understand the needs of each individual client. She started her career as a group fitness instructor, then added personal training to her skill set. Her love of learning and wanting to be a positive impact on others, led to her seeking additional growth and in unique group fitness certifications and health coaching. She partners with clients to help them uncover their strengths, move beyond obstacles that have held them back, and create lasting changes. She believes in bringing clients the most current information and is always working on adding to her certifications. This ensures the programs she creates are backed by science, research, and fun!
