Jacklyn Dorris

Jacki Dorris has been a dedicated fitness professional for over twenty five years. She specializes in bootcamp, cycling (spinning), core and nutrition. She currently teaches 3 bootcamp classes each week in her home town. 

Jacki graduated from University of Idaho and taught elementary school for thirteen years.  While teaching, she taught spinning classes at a local gym along with teaching her colleagues bootcamp classes after school. In 2000 she entered her first bodybuilding competition and walked away with a 1st place trophy. Her love for bodybuilding was ignited!   She competed in Idaho, Washington and Oregon for many years. While competing she began getting certified in Johnny G Spinning, cycling, bootcamp, AFAA, and body pump. Jacki continued to teach for the same gym (Peak Fitness) for over twenty years, teaching cycling and bootcamp classes. She currently teaches in a smaller studio which her friend owns. Aside from teaching in a large group setting, Jacki has worked one on one with countless individuals, focusing on diet, exercise and wellness. She has prepared many individuals for fitness shows to become "stage ready" providing diets and personal training to prepare them for their time on stage. 

Adaptable and inspired by new environments, Jacki thrives whether she's teaching in a studio, gym or outdoor space. She finds joy in helping her clients be their best fit selves. 

Jacki resides in Post Falls, Idaho with her husband and three schnauzers.  She power walks 3-5 miles a day with her pups, enjoys working out every day, teaching her classes at the studio and runs a neighborhood bootcamp class for her friends. Her life has been one of health, wellness and family.
