Erin is an avid fitness enthusiast with over twenty-five years’ experience helping individuals transform their health and fitness. Erin combines science-based training with motivational coaching to empower clients of all fitness levels. 

As a wife and mother of three children, she understands the importance of balance, consistency, and community in achieving a healthy lifestyle.  

Whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, improved endurance, Erin's approach is results-driven and client-focused. In addition to personal training, Erin has led group bootcamp-style classes, strength classes, spinning classes, HIIT classes, and addiction recovery wellness and nutrition classes. 

In addition to the above she works full time for a law firm. She spends her spare time with her husband and three kids and enjoys anything outdoors, especially riding dirtbikes.
