Hi! My name is Jen and I’m a fitness professional who specializes in 1:1 and small group training, a variety of fitness classes, and sports specific training for youth. My passion is helping people live happier and healthier lives by finding joy in the journey!
I also practice what I preach. Fitness is also a huge part of my personal life. Movement is medicine and I truly enjoy taking care of my body. I enjoy running, lifting weights, swimming, yoga, and taking fitness classes. I also love to be outside and go for walks, hikes, and bike rides as much as possible.
