Mica is a seasoned yoga practitioner of 10 years who enjoys guiding her students through opportunities for mind-body connection and connection of self to surroundings. Mica teaches breath work and mindful movement as well as modifications for common poses for participants of all levels. Mica likes to theme her classes around a specific theme or peak pose. When not teaching yoga, you can find Mica teaching aerial or chair yoga, as well as barre classes, or even just traveling somewhere warm when she’s not home in Ohio with her two cats.
