I started doing Pilates about 4 years ago and I loved it so much I wanted to teach it to others so they could get the same amazing benefits as I got out of it. I have always been into exercising and being active but Pilates just really spoke to me. I just recently became an empty nester and thought what a great way to spend the next chapter of my life, traveling and teaching others about the benefits of pilates and just enjoying the amazing things our bodies can do for us.
