After successfully completing the Instructor Training and Certification Program offered at the University of Minnesota Duluth, I began teaching group exercise classes as an undergraduate student in 2002.  Over the years I have been able to refine my teaching style as I have taught for several orgaizations- University, Corporate Wellness, Gyms/Clubs, and Rehabilitation Centers. My experience in teaching to all ages and demographics has provided me with an opportunity to adapt my classes and teaching style to fit the participants needs. You will find that my passion for fitness as well as my contagious energy is an ideal combination in providing positive and solid motivation for all participants.Currently, I am the Fitness Wellness Coordinator for Tarleton State University, Located in Stephenville, TX. Teaching Group Exercise classes, and training new staff and instructors is a daily occurance along with facilitating the Employee & Student Wellness Programs offered on campus. I enjoy motivating others to achieve success in their fitness and wellness goals- especially when "the light bulb clicks" and they see and feel for themselves the benefits of exercise and health.
