I am a fitness enthusiast who has found her teaching love in indoor cycling! I have been teaching at CycleBar for just shy of 5 years and love to bring energy into the room, push people past their limits, and be a constant source of motivation and positivity. When I'm not on the bike, you can catch me training for my next race (I love distance running!!), lifting weights, or hanging with my husband and toddler!
