Kaitlin Townsend

 

Kaitlin first fell in love with power yoga while seeking relief from stress and anxiety, allowing herself to find calm in the movements and fluidity of the postures. Motivated to learn more about yoga fundamentals & history, she studied under Victoria Martínez (Chakra Flow University) and obtained her 200 hr teaching certification in 2019. 
 
She is passionate about sharing not only the physical benefits - building strength and flexibility, but the mental benefits- promoting self care & quieting of the mind.
 
Teaching yoga for Fit Bodies combines her love for wellness and travel and offers the benefits of yoga across geographies.
 
Kaitlin lives in Tega Cay, SC, with her husband, Troy, 2 sons, Cooper and Grayson and bengal kittens, Dakota & Dallas.
