Hi, I’m Rachel—a certified yoga instructor, lifelong learner, and passionate advocate for healing and empowerment. With a deep love for sharing yoga in all its forms, I create welcoming spaces where people of all backgrounds and abilities can reconnect with their breath, body, and sense of self. My teaching blends mindfulness, movement, and heart-centered connection, offering students the chance to not just stretch—but to grow, release, and thrive.

As the founder of RISE, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting survivors of trauma, I believe in the power of movement to transform lives and restore hope. Whether teaching in studios, leading empowerment retreats, or guiding beachfront flows, I bring openness, curiosity, and compassion to every experience.

When I’m not on the mat, you’ll likely find me in the kitchen experimenting with seasonal ingredients, digging in the garden, or enjoying the outdoors with my husband and three amazing adult children. I’m a proud foodie, a lover of sunrises, and someone who believes joy multiplies when it’s shared.

I’m excited to bring my energy, experience, and love for yoga to the beautiful settings of FitBodies retreats—connecting through movement, nature, and meaningful conversation.
