As a long time practitioner of yoga, I've experienced firsthand how this practice enriches my life and supports a greater sense of overall wellbeing. With dual 200-hr yoga certifications, advanced training in yin and restorative, and a passion for teaching, I offer a variety of classes from Deep Stretch to Vinyasa and Slow Flow. My classes are designed to be welcoming and supportive, with a focus on creative sequencing that encourages personal growth and mindfulness.
My health and wellness journey has been further enriched by my background as a registered nurse, certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Level II Reiki practitioner. These trainings have deepened my belief in the importance of holistic wellness - cultivating energy, clarity, and resilience in all aspects of my life.
