I'm Leigh Ann, a dedicated Holistic Health Practitioner and active Pilates Instructor with over a decade of experience guiding fitness-minded women toward vibrant, pain-free, and energetic lives. At 49 years old, I bring a go-getter spirit and genuine passion for guiding women to eliminate chronic pain naturally, regain strength, and live fully without relying on medications.
My work combines Pilates expertise and innovative movement with an integrative wellness philosophy that addresses the whole person—nutrition, hydration, exercise, rest, movement, breath, light exposure, and, most importantly, stress management. I view nutrition as foundational, but believe that true health and vitality are the result of caring for the entire body. I see total body nourishment as encompassing everything we do—or don’t do—each day, including how we exercise, rest, move, and handle life’s pressures. With my Pilates and Wellness clients, alike, I focus on integrating mindful movement, balanced nutrition, restorative rest, and effective stress reduction techniques to ensure every client experiences holistic well-being, sustained energy, and lasting freedom from pain.
