Kristen White

Kristen Moyer White is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Ballet, Dance and Stretch Teacher teaching about a dozen classes each week in Atlanta, GA in the US as well as finding time each year to teach in beautiful locations throughout the US and the world. A highlight for Kristen was teaching to 100 people on International Yoga Day at a 5 Star All Inclusive Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico last summer. Other highlights have included dancing with Beyonce and dancing in the Super Bowl. 

 

In the last three years, Kristen has taught in four different resort destinations in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, the Middle East as well as beach, lake and mountain resort destinations in the US. Kristen is the go to outdoor yoga instructor in Atlanta, GA. For the last five years, Kristen has been consistently teaching up to 15 outdoor classes a week in Atlanta. In addition, Kristen teaches at the prestigious Capital City Club, where membership costs start at $150,000 USD to join, as well as at another prestigious club called Life Time that costs $329/month.

 

Kristen started dancing when she was 3 years old. She is classically trained in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip hop and contemporary. Kristen danced on her High School and College Dance Teams and then in the Super Bowl and with Beyonce. Kristen loves to teach dance as well as go out dancing in her free time. 

 

Kristen began her yoga journey in High School. She feels yoga is a beautiful compliment to all of her formal ballet and dance training.
