Stacy Taylor


Stacy has been practicing yoga for over 20 years as an integral component of her personal fitness routine. As a distance runner, she uses yoga to build strength, enhance flexibility, and
prevent injuries. Her favorite style of yoga is a challenging hot power vinyasa, but she also recognizes the value of restorative practices in calming the body and soul. She has 12 years’
experience in as a group fitness instructor and is certified in yoga (RYT200) and BodyPump.
