I’ve been teaching yoga since 2013, offering inclusive, accessible practices that support people in feeling strong, grounded, and connected. With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics and additional certifications in prenatal, yin, and kids yoga, I bring a well-rounded, body-aware approach to every class. My teaching is informed by over a decade of experience and a deep respect for how movement, stillness, and breath can support well-being at every stage of life.

In addition to asana, I’m experienced in guiding meditation and breathwork practices that help students cultivate calm, clarity, and presence—on and off the mat.

Partnering with Fitbodies, Inc. allows me to combine my love for teaching with travel and connection, sharing yoga and meditation in beautiful destinations around the world. Whether it's an energizing morning flow or a quiet, meditative unwind, my goal is to hold space for people to feel at home in themselves.
