I'm a 49-year-old wellness facilitator, with 26+ years of experience...Yoga, meditation, bodywork, wellness coaching & intuitive healing. I graduated from a 650-hour massage therapy program in May of 2000, completed my 200-hour YTT through the Chicago Yoga Center in 2010, and completed my advanced 300-hr YTT through the Himalayan Institute online during COVID. I was a studio owner for over 17 years. I've facilitated a 200-hour YTT program that certified over 300 instructors from 2012-2021. I'm very comfortable teaching to all populations as I understand how to make the practice accessible. It's truly my lifelong passion! I've hosted several international retreats of my own & would love to be a part of your team.
