I have always been a teacher. I believe this is because I am a lifetime learner. My earliest experience were teaching my younger siblings and I was teaching in a classroom before I graduated high school.
Besides yoga, I have taught skiing, art, aqua and kids fitness and yoga, as well as yoga for families. I truly believe and embody that fitness is a way of life and important for our overall wellbeing.
I’m a 500hr RYT schooled in Ashtanga and Anusara as well as Thai yoga. I’ve been teaching for over 15 years and have a la decade of experience as a retreat assistant in many different types of yoga retreats. I am a very firm believer in maintaining your fitness while on vacation, even using a vacation to deepen my own practice or try new things.
