Tianna Arnold

Hi, I’m Tianna! A New York native now living in Virginia for the past 10 years. My passion for fitness started at an early age with martial arts, where I earned a second degree black belt in Tang Soo Do Karate, and continued through years of competitive cheerleading. In college, I discovered a love for beach volleyball, which I still enjoy playing recreationally. Outside of fitness, I’m happiest by the water paddle boarding, traveling, or spending time with family and friends.
