Sandra Glagla

With over 25 years of experience in fitness and nutrition, I have successfully transformed bodies and helped clients maintain their results for the long term. I’ve worked with clients of all ages, from motivated teenagers to inspiring seniors, including my oldest at 79 years young, helping each one improve strength, vitality, and longevity. 

As a personal trainer, I embody the values of being on time, prepared, and fully committed to my clients’ success. I believe in perseverance and never giving up, pushing through challenges to help people reach their goals. To me, sweat is just the beginning; the true transformation lies in the consistent effort and dedication poured into each session.

Alongside one-on-one coaching, I lead a variety of group fitness classes including Boot Camp, Circuit Training, HIIT/Tabata, Small Group Personal Training, Sculpting/Strength, and stretching-focused sessions. With over 1,500 hours of personal indoor cycling experience logged in spinning sessions, I also offer high-energy group spinning classes. Whether on the bike, the mat, or the training floor, I create motivating, results-focused sessions that challenge both body and mind.

My approach blends customized nutrition, fat loss strategies, muscle gain, corrective exercise, and strength and conditioning to build a stronger version of my clients, while addressing imbalances and limitations. From the first workout to the finish line, I am committed to guiding and motivating every step of the way. I help surpass boundaries, overcome barriers, and unlock the true potential, leaving my clients empowered, confident, and stronger than ever before.
