Marie Beliveau

M.Sc. PT (Physical Therapist licensed in Quebec, Canada) working primarily with moms (pelvic health) and kids/babies, and runners.

Yoga instructor currently teaching mommy and me classes (gentle classes engaging both mothers and their children - any age from birth on).

Aqua/ocean/water experience: In a previous season of my life, was on the national team for surf lifesaving competition. Have taught surf lifesaving in Costa Rica and Dominican Republic (through the company called Surf Rescue, QC Canada) and taught for many years lifeguard classes (lifeguard instructor). Very comfortable with anything taught in a pool / am passionate by it. It would be a real pleasure to teach paddle board yoga/water yoga/water stretching etc.

3 years on the Ocean City Beach Patrol (2011-2012-2013) - Surf Rescue Technician (ocean lifeguard).

Also experience teaching adult and kids swimming classes + being a swimming coach for a triathlon team (Zeus Triathlon, Montreal QC Canada).
