Alena Meier

Alena Meier was born in Russia. She received her degree in Linguistics from Far Eastern State Humanitarian University. She worked and resided in Russia, Europe, Middle East, South America and is now based in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Alena Meier first started practicing Pilates in early 2000 and instantly fell in love with intentional movement. She came back to Pilates when recovering from sciatic nerve injury. Pilates became her everyday staple and after completing 750 hours as a Reformer student she started on her 250 hours Pilates Teacher Training. 

Alena teaches Reformer and Mat Pilates across 4 studios now in North Metro Atlanta.

When not teaching or practicing Pilates she loves being creative in her interior design business, studying art and architecture, and visiting artist events around town.

She is raising two sons and has two family dogs.
