Summary
As a personal trainer and a certified yoga instructor I have made it my mission to share the importance of the mind, body and soul connection. It is known that 95% of who you are is a subconscious, that means 5% is working against the 95% of what you've memorized subconsciously. With great practice we will change that mindset by removing those programmed limiting beliefs and replacing it with strong positive self-beliefs. Together on this journey we will have you visualize your healthy best self, reinforce consistent desire and have faith that you will be rewarded with great victories.

Training Philosophy and Specialties
Dont reinvent the wheel, since ancient times, the human body hasn't really changed much. So my philosophy is simple, workout the major body parts, keep it consistent and remain disciplined in your practice and I guarantee you will see the change in your physiological and psychological health heading in a positive direction. Incorporating Yoga and mindfulness can further aid with the body recovery, releasing tension/stress stored in the body, resulting in greater flexibility and longevity for your overall health and wellbeing. And most importantly have fun with it to further encourage clients in their fitness journey. 
 
 
 
 
 
Becoming a trainer was a natural step for me. I’m deeply passionate about helping people unlock their potential, especially when they don’t believe it's possible. There’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing a client accomplish a goal they once thought was out of reach—whether it’s running their first 5K, lifting heavier than ever before, or simply feeling confident in their own skin again.
 
Client success is what fuels me. Every transformation—whether big or small—is a reminder of why I do this work. I strive to create a space where people feel supported, challenged, and capable of growth at every stage of their fitness journey.
 
My personal fitness interests range from strength training and mobility work to endurance conditioning and mindful movement practices. I believe in a balanced, holistic approach—where the physical and mental aspects of health are equally prioritized. Mindfulness plays a key role in how I train myself and others. It's not just about going harder, faster, or longer; it’s about moving with intention, staying present, and cultivating a deeper connection between body and mind.

An Actor signed to Play Management - Talent Agency focusing on commercials and TV/Film.
Dancer background- Bhangra, hip hop, pop. Experience as Emcee for events and weddings, public speaker.
A consistent runner, working towards running a marathon and helping raise money for important causes, for example Terry Fox foundation.
